What we collect

When you send a quote request through this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, your vehicle’s year, make and model, what you write about the problem, and, if you choose to answer, how you heard about us, plus whether you agreed to text messages. When you call or text, we have your phone number.

Beyond that, the site counts visits in aggregate (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from) without cookies and without identifying you. See the tools below.

What we do with it

We use your information to call you back, give you an estimate, and work on your vehicle. If you agreed to text messages, we also use your number to send the texts you signed up for, which can include specials and offers if you said yes to those. Nothing else.

We never sell your information. Not to anyone, not for anything. We do not share it either, except with the services listed below that host the site and handle your vehicle’s paperwork, and never your text message opt-in data or consent.

The tools this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the quote requests sent through it.
• Resend delivers quote requests to our inbox by email.
• Our billing system keeps the record of work on your vehicle and sends estimates, invoices and the text messages you agreed to.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we keep your mobile number, the fact that you agreed and when, and the messages we send you. We use them only to send the texts you agreed to. Service texts and specials are separate choices, and you can say yes to one without the other.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
