Welcome to the website of Ronnie’s Automotive. Using this site means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

What this site is for

This site describes our services, answers common questions, and gives you ways to reach us. The content is here to inform you, not to serve as a binding quote. The price and scope for your vehicle are set in the written estimate you approve.

What belongs to us

The photos, artwork, words and design on this site belong to Ronnie’s Automotive unless credited otherwise. Do not reuse them without asking.

What we ask of you

Use the site normally. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it, misrepresent yourself in a form, or use it for anything unlawful.

Text messages

Ronnie’s Automotive sends two kinds of text messages, and only to customers who agree to them:

• Service texts about your vehicle: estimates, approval requests, status updates, notice when it is ready, invoices and service reminders.
• Specials and offers: occasional promotions and discounts. This is a separate choice.

You can agree on our website’s quote form, where each kind has its own unchecked box, or in person at the shop when you drop off your vehicle, where we ask about the same two choices with the same disclosures. Either way, the first text you get confirms what you signed up for. Agreeing is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies with your service and your visits. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will get one message confirming it and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, which sends you our phone number, or call 916-768-8212. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The honest limits

We keep this site accurate and current, but we are a working shop, not a publishing house. If something here is ever out of date, what we confirm with you directly is what counts. The site is provided as is, and we are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools or from your own use of the internet.
